Welcome to the ARCHER FOUNDATION'S website

The Archer Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization

Founded in 1985 by a group of individuals who believe that there are solutions possible to the problems facing our society. Unfortunately, many  ideas never get a chance to work because there is little or no funding or coordination for them.

The Archer Foundation was formed to bridge this gap.  Our goal is to identify a problem (the target) and then assemble the resources and launch one or more potential solutions (the arrows).  Archer's current goal is the elimination of the inexcusable slaughter of pets.

It's Spay and Neuter coordination program is the first arrow.

Note: All donations to Archer go directly to its programs. Archer's administrative costs are paid by its board members. One of Archer's best known board members is Steven Seagal.
